Terms of Service

Welcome to AgentAI Connect ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at http://agentaiconnect.net/login, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the AgentAI Connect web application, including all features, tools, and content generation capabilities.
  • "User" or "You" means any individual or entity that creates an account and uses the Service.
  • "Content" means any text, images, media, or materials generated or uploaded through the Service.
  • "Subscription" refers to the paid plan selected by the User.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • The Service offers subscription plans (Solo, Pro, Team) billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
  • A 7-day free trial is provided for new subscriptions. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
  • Plan changes are prorated. Upgrades are charged immediately; downgrades provide credit toward future billing.

4. Cancellation and Account Deletion

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings or the Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the current billing period ends.
  • You may permanently delete your account from Settings > My Profile. Account deletion removes all your data from our systems and cannot be undone.
  • Outstanding payments must be resolved before account deletion is permitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
  • Generate content that is discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service or its underlying technology.
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • Use automated means to access or scrape the Service beyond normal usage.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload. Content generated by the Service using your brand settings is licensed to you for commercial use.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content but may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services.
  • The Service, its branding, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy, compliance with applicable laws (including Fair Housing Act and state real estate regulations), and suitability before publishing.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Stripe). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentAI Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentAI Connect, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
