AgentAI Connect ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform at http://agentaiconnect.net/login.

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, timezone, and real estate license details.
  • Branding and business data: brokerage name, logos, brand colors, website, and compliance disclaimers.
  • Content: posts, personas, and media you create or upload through the Service.
  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, post counts, and interaction patterns.
  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session management, authentication tokens, and analytics (see Section 5).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Social platform connections: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter), we receive basic account information and the tokens necessary to publish on your behalf.

  • Generate AI-powered social media content tailored to your brand.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.
  • Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve the platform.

3. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: we use trusted partners to operate the platform (see Section 4).
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice.

Option 1: Self-Service Account Deletion

  1. Sign in to your AgentAI Connect account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > My Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
  4. Click "Delete My Account" and confirm by typing DELETE.

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to contato@lowcode.agency with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 15 business days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo).
  • All generated posts and associated media.
  • Personas and brand settings.
  • Social media connection tokens.
  • Workspace and team membership data.
  • Your active subscription is canceled (no further charges).

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Outstanding payments must be resolved before deletion is permitted. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of your personal data.
  • Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete data via Settings.
  • Deletion: delete your account and data (see Section 7).
  • Portability: request your data in a portable format.
  • Objection: object to certain processing of your data.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy
